- If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date, please assist to check the following before contacting us.
i) Check the tracking link via your confirmation email to view the up to date tracking.
ii) Log in into My Account to check if your address is correct and up to date in our records
iii) Check if you have receive a text message, email or delivery notification from our delivery carrier. Your parcel may be awaiting for collection at local post office or require redelivery arrangement.
