Through procuring our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

 

DELIVERY

 

  • Amore-Venti is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details at the Review Order page before confirming the order.
  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Singapore).
  • We offer free courier services, however we do not guarantee delivery can be 100% on time.

 

 

 

BOUNCED PARCELS

 

  • Customers will be contacted via email should Amore-Venti receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. AMORE-VENTI will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
  • Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as AMORE-VENTI's property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.

 

 

 

DEFECTIVE/ FAULTY ITEM(S) RECEIVED

 

  • All parcels must reach us within 10 working days (20 working days for International Customers) from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please inform the Customer Service Team by taking a snapshot of the defective area and sending it to us at admin@Amore-Venti.com.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*. AMORE-VENTI will reimburse normal postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent.
  • A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.

 

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

 

* For Pre-Owned Items, we do not accept exchanges as they are not brand new items and therefore are not in brand new condition.

 

  • All exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with by the Defects Department and they will only be handled via mail.
  • AMORE-VENTI will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

 

 

 

INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED

 

  • All exchanges have to reach us within 14 working days (20 working days for International Customers) from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • We apologize for mailing you an incorrect item. Please take a snapshot of the item received and forward the snapshot to us at admin@Amore-Venti.com. We will also reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect*. AMORE-VENTI will reimburse normal postage for wrong item(s) sent to customer.

 

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged, without any postage labels. Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. 

 

  • All exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with by the Defects Department and they will only be handled via mail.
  • AMORE-VENTI will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

 

RETURNS 

 

  • Returns are provided for all items (except Sale Merchandise, and Pre-owned items). Returns will only be done for item(s) with its tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and purchased directly from us. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged, without any labels on it. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  • Please email us before returning the item by mail.
  • All Returns have to be mailed back within 14 working days (20 working days for International Customers) from the date parcel was delivered. All additional postage cost will be borne by the customer. Customers are to mail the item(s) via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. AMORE-VENTI will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.
  • Stored Credit will only last for 30 days. The credit will be valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. Credit Notes issued can only be utilized in one transaction, depending on the quantity issued, any excess amount will not be refunded.
  • We do not provide Cash Refunds for Returns
  • AMORE-VENTI will not be providing any Returns should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.
  • All returns are final. If you would like to purchase the item again, you will have to purchase it directly from our website.

CLEANING SERVICES

  • AMORE-VENTI will not be held liable for any damages if the colour of the bag after treatment differs from the original colour as colour may change slightly due to colouring or cleaning agents.

 

 CONSIGNMENT OF INVENTORY

  • Once you have agree to consign your goods to AMORE-VENTI, you agree for us to sell your goods for the next 3 months and will not be able to retrieve your inventory for your personal/third party sales during this period.
  • You will be able to collect your inventory back in the event that it is still unsold for 3 months starting from the time it is handed over to us.
  • AMORE-VENTI is not liable for any existing damages on the bag, but we promise to take good care of the bag during the consigment period.

 

VOUCHERS/DISCOUNT CODES/CREDIT NOTES

 

  • Voucher/Discount Codes/Credit Notes issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferrable in nature.
  • Vouchers can only be extended to a maximum period of one year from the date of issue. If it is not utilized within the given timeframe, the amount will be forfeited. (unless otherwise stated)
  • If your Voucher/Credit Note was issued due to a Return, please refer to the section "Returns" for more information on its validity.
  • Vouchers/Discount Codes/Credit Notes are only valid if they are inputted during check out.
  • The value of each individual Voucher/Credit Note has to be utilized within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded.
  • Vouchers/Discount Codes/Credit Notes cannot be used for Sale Items or for the purchase of Gift Cards.
  • Customers can track available vouchers by logging into their accounts.

 

GIFT CARDS

 

  • Gift Cards purchased will be valid for a year. If it is not utilized within the given time frame, the amount will be forfeited.
  • We will not be able to amend any details of the Gift Card after the order is placed.
  • Discounts are only valid if the voucher codes are entered before checkout.
  • The value of each individual Gift Card has to be utilized within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded.
  • Gift Cards purchased are non-refundable or exchangeable.

 

PAYMENT

 

  • Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.
  • We only accept two modes of Payment. They are Bank Transfer and Paypal. We do not accept ATM transfers.
  • For customers who choose PayPal and Bank Transfer as their payment method, order(s) will be reserved for 2 hours upon receiving an invoice.
  • All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for AMORE-VENTI to process the order. AMORE-VENTI will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided.

 

 

 

PRODUCTS

 

  • Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
  • Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.
  • AMORE-VENTI will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchanges.

 

 

 

PRODUCT CARE

 

  • You are advised to follow the product care card’s instructions or visit brand’s retail shop for more advice on cleaning the product.
